Marrow Runner is a browser-playable immune-cell maze chase. The player guides a phagocyte through organic tissue mazes, collects antibodies, cleanses an infection nest, and reaches a lymph gate. Runs are seed-based and deterministic, with saved seed history and replayable old seeds. Deeper levels increase enemy count.

The game is mobile-first but playable on desktop. Touch uses a full-surface joystick. Keyboard uses WASD or arrow keys. Pause is P/Esc or a button. Music can be toggled with M or a button. The game has an in-game fullscreen button.

The signature mechanic is Pseudopod Ram: when input is released, the dash rearms. The next movement from rest creates a short burst. Rammed germs become projectiles; impact with a wall or another germ kills them and can trigger chain knockbacks.

Combat and collection systems include antibody pickups, complement pickups, complement enemy suction/ingestion, infection nest cleanse on full antibody collection, and enemy respawns until the nest is cleansed.

Enemy design uses four ghost-style archetypes represented with generated sprite art: pursuer, ambusher, flanker, and wanderer. Avoid using the word Pac-Man or any copyrighted enemy names in public page copy.

The tutorial teaches movement, dash, knockback, and a prepared chain reaction. A first-run prompt asks whether to play the tutorial unless the tutorial was completed or dismissed.

Generated/project-owned assets include tissue backgrounds, phagocyte sprite sheet, enemy archetype sheet, music tracks, and local synthesized SFX. Provenance is recorded in assets/asset_manifest.json, assets/sfx/sfx_manifest.json, and release/page_assets/page_asset_manifest.json.
